5th Workshop ELI – From Lisbon…

… with Refractory DLBCL!

About 40 participants gathered in the NAU Vintage Hotel Lisboa to assess and discuss this hot topic. See programme here.

The Wednesday afternoon was dedicated to the “Definition, biology and prognosis” of Refractory DLBCL with a interesting presentation – among others – by Dr. Nathalie Johnson (McGill University) on “mutations and genetic features that predict clinical outcome”

The second part was dedicated to “Treatment3 and offered Dr. Saatva Neelapu (M. D. Anderson Cancer Center) the oppotunity to present his work on CAR-T cells.

The two half-days meeting ended after a fruitful discussion between the participants and the speakers. There is a strong common will to carry the reflexion forward and hopefully a new project or study will come up from this event!
